This Program is geared towards the Beginner client . You will have a detailed program every month with several different exercises .
Each exercise with range from different techniques . Range of Motion (ROM) , explaining half reps and full reps .
Time Under Tension, working through each rep with a focused pace . This helps break the muscle fibers for growth .
Training to Failure, Max reps for each set .
Each program is specialized for you but always remember to maintain discipline and consistency .
